Valentines day came and went without a hitch.  Hope you were good to yours!  Thank You to everyone that made it out to the arena for the event.  Lets  make March even better.

A BIG THANK YOU to all that help during our events (before and after) for making the set up and teardown go quickly and smoothley.  I would like to ask that if you are able to please lend a hand to the crew that is tearing down our sorting pen and putting up the penning pen during our potluck time... we promise to save you some yummy food.

We will have our potluck as usual mid day please bring a dish to share
Remember to pick up after your horses (poop & hay) and yourselves in your trailer area (remember someone has to pick it up and the board is busy tearing down the arena)
NO SMOKING inside the arean (ARENA RULES)-AND I HATE PICKING UP THE BUTTS!!!!!
Teams, you need to be ready and near the gate when it is your time to ride
Settlers get out of the arena as quick as possible without crossing in front of the team riding

Don't forget the clinic the Friday night before our event 6-9pm For March we will be Ranch Sorting instead of penning $30 per rider for 3 runs or for the instructional runs or you can work the cattle on the other end of the arena for $30 per person see Tony Agredano for that .  Please call Ron Lowery for make sure the clinic will be available.  408-221-9380

PPSA is looking for year-end award sponsors if you or a business/someone you know is interested in being a sponsor please let us know.  We would like to bring you awards as nice or better than last year.  A sponsor letter will soon be posted on the website so you can print them out ant take to your potential PPSA Sponsors.
